Errata: In Figure 1.11, caption refers to "numbers in circles" that are not present in figure

In Figure 1.11, the caption refers to an earlier version of the figure, in which delays where shown for the information and material flows. The sentence "The numbers in the circles represent the delays in the flow of information or materials" should be deleted.
